Mailing lists of Oregon nurses and nursing assistants with active licenses or certificates are available for purchase and download. Accuracy of information is based on voluntary disclosure by licensees. Social security numbers are not available. Lists are downloadable in CSV format that you may open with Excel. OSBN staff are not available to assist with manipulation of downloaded files.
After paying for the mailing list, you will be automatically redirected to another page where you can download your file. Do not close your browser during this process or you will not be able to download your list without paying again. All fees paid to the OSBN are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
